- To respond to your enquiry, quote a price and carry out the recovery or transport.
- To contact you about your job by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To keep records for invoicing and legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Forms, WhatsApp and third-party services
Quote requests sent through our website form are emailed to us and stored on this website. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Our contact page includes an embedded Google Map, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep job and invoice records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
