Where can you pick up my vehicle?
We collect vehicles from anywhere within Dubai, including the city, the industrial areas and the desert roads. Drop-off can be anywhere in the UAE: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah.
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are and the traffic at that moment. When you call, we check the nearest truck and give you an honest arrival time before we dispatch.
How much does car recovery cost?
The price depends on the vehicle, the pickup point, the destination and the time of day. Call or WhatsApp us with those details and we’ll confirm a fixed price before we move.
Do you only use flatbed trucks?
Yes. Every vehicle rides fully on the deck, which is the safest way to move low cars, all-wheel-drive vehicles, automatics and motorcycles.
Can you move a car that won’t start or has no keys?
Usually, yes. Our flatbeds use a winch to load vehicles that can’t drive. Let us know if the wheels are locked or damaged so we bring the right equipment.
Do you work with businesses?
We do. Dealers, garages, rental companies and relocation firms use our business accounts for priority dispatch and simple invoicing.
